Professor Gresshoff is a developmental plant geneticist with a deep interest in symbiotic nitrogen fixation of legumes. He holds the Chair of Botany at the University of Queensland, is Professor of Plant Genetics in the School of Agriculture and Food Science (SAFS, Faculty of Science, UQ), and is an Affiliate of QAAFI (UQ).
